Come join us on Thursday, December 19th for a special night with Mad River Distillers and Zach Nugent. The crew from Mad River will be in the house to celebrate the release of First Drop Hopscotch and mix up some special cocktails. Zach will be on hand to play us a set of Grateful dead classics in his own unique style. Snacks from the kitchen will be featuring Mad River spirits as well. This bottle of Hopscotch is distilled First Drop featuring a huge amount of hops that shine thru in the aroma and flavor. Things kick off at 6pm and there are only 50 bottles of Hopscotch to be had so don't miss out!

We're bringing back one of our favorite bartenders to kick off the first cocktail class of 2020! Join us at the Burlington Tasting Room with Emily Morton of Deli 126! We recognize that January can be a month when people drink, and when people don't drink. Therefore we present to you a Temperance style class where Emily will walk you through creating classic cocktails with both booze, and without booze.

Class includes 1 welcome cocktail and you will leave with the recipes for the drinks you created. Participants receive 10% off barware on the day of the class.

Join Olive Robb of Honey Road as she takes you through all the mixology preparation you need for this holiday season!

Olive has has been bartending at Honey Road Restaurant since opening, and now runs the cocktail program. She has been bartending for over 5 years now and pulls inspiration from Cara the Chef, cookbooks from the region, and from her personal experience growing up in Israel.

Her class will take you through Eastern Mediterranean flavors, and she will teach you about making syrups, shrubs, infusions, where to find inspiration for your cocktails, and how to pair them with excellent food.
