Description
This tropical cocktail, great with First Run Rum or Vanilla Rum, will give you some serious beach vibes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 oz First Run Rum or Vanilla Rum
- 1 oz Black Infusions Apricot Vodka
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- fresh mint sprig
- orange wheel
- 3 pineapple prawns
Instructions
- In a shaker, add all ingredients with ice.
- Shake for about 8-15 seconds.
- Strain contents into a highball glass over crushed ice.
- Top with bubbles.
- Add a fresh mint sprig, orange wheel and 3 pineapple prawns for garnish.
