Vena Daiquiri

Description

Made with a Vena's Cran Cherry Sipper Spirit jar and our Vanilla Rum, along with lime juice and simple syrup, this makes for a tasty and simple infused daiquiri.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz. of Vena’s Cranberry & Cherry-infused Vanilla Rum
  • 3/4 oz. of fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. of simple syrup

Instructions

  1. To make the Vanilla Rum infusion, add the rum to a Vena’s Cran Cherry Spirit Sipper jar.
  2. Let the rum steep in the jar for 2-3 days. Give the jar a good shake, then strain it.
  3. To make the daiquiri, first add a little lime juice to the rim of a coupe glass and give it a sugar rim. We recommend the Fleury de Sel Blackberry Mint sugar.
  4. In a shaker, combine all ingredients with ice.
  5. Shake well, then strain into a chilled coupe glass.
