Description
A refreshingly tart and sweet highball drink that combines our Vanilla Rum with a fruity shrub and club soda.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 oz. of Vanilla Rum
- 1 oz. of a fruit or berry shrub (we used Tait Farm Raspberry Shrub)
- club soda
- lemon peel garnish
Instructions
- In a highball or collins glass, add the Vanilla Rum and shrub.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Top with club soda.
- Express a lemon peel over the top, then add as a garnish.
