Description
The Breeze Ginger Beer combines with our First Run Rum, lime juice and a Tea Simple Syrup for this Breezy Punch beverage.
Ingredients

- 1.5 oz First Run Rum
- 2 oz Halyard Ginger Beer "The Breeze"
- 3/4 oz Harney and Son Teas Islands Dreams Tea Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
Instructions
- Combine rum, simple syrup, and lime juice in a shaker over ice.
- Shake briefly.
- Pour contents into a highball glass.
- Top the drink off with ginger beer.
Notes
How to make the Island Dreams Tea Simple Syrup:
Take 1 tablespoon of loose leafs, and steep in 1 cup of hot water for 3 minutes. Strain out leaves, and add 1 cup sugar. Stir until dissolved.
