Rum 44 and Aperol harmonize beautifully with citrus and basil in this simple cocktail recipe.


Ingredients

  • 2 oz RUM 44
  • 1/2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 4 Basil Leaves
  • Lemon Wedge

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, add all ingredients (minus lemon wedge) with ice.
  2. Shake for about 8-15 seconds.
  3. Strain contents into a glass over fresh ice.
  4. Add a lemon wedge and fresh basil for garnish.
