Prepare for a sugar high with this delicious Sugar Shack cocktail featuring our Maple Cask Rum.
Ingredients

- 1.5 oz Maple Cask Rum
- 1 oz Palo Cortado sherry
- 1/2 oz Spiced apple cider reduction
- 3/4 oz Plum fassionola
- 1/4 oz Thyme & bay leaf syrup
- 1/4 oz Molasses syrup
- 1/2 oz Lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Whip, shake and pour over crushed ice in a highball glass.
- Garnish with sage sprigs, swizzle, maple leaf, and maple sugar candy.
