Description
Typically made with gin, our riff on the Bijou is made combining Rum 44 with juniper bitters, sweet vermouth and Green Chartreuse.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 oz. of Rum 44
- 1 oz. of Green Chartreuse
- 1 oz. of sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes of Juniper bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
- Add ice, then stir for about 30 seconds.
- Strain and serve up into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with 3 Luxardo cherries.
