Description
This riff on a French 75 combines our PX Rum with fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, figgy bitters and Prosecco!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 oz. of PX Rum
- 1/2 oz. of fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. of simple syrup
- 2-3 dashes of Bitter Queens Figgy bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except the Prosecco, in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well, then strain into a flute glass.
- Top with chilled Prosecco, and garnish with a lemon twist.
