Description
This Palmetto recipe features PX Rum, which adds unique flavor to this rum and vermouth cocktail. We offer two variations to this recipe, one a bit more sweet than the other.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 oz PX Rum
- 1/2 oz Carpano Antica
- 1/2 oz Amaro Averna
- 1/2 oz Cocchi di Torino
- Luxardo Cherry
Instructions
- Combine in a mixing glass over ice.
- Stir briefly.
- Strain contents into a chilled Coupe glass.
- Garnish with a Luxardo Cherry.
Notes
For a slightly sweeter variation, follow the same instructions with these ingredients:
- 1.5 oz PX Rum
- 1.5 oz Cocchi di Torino
- 4 dashes Scrappy's Orange Bitters
- orange peel garnish
