Description
This is a modern classic, and a riff between a Mojito and a French 75, made using our First Run Rum.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 oz. of First Run Rum
- 6 mint leaves
- 3/4 oz. of fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. of simple syrup
- 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Add ice, then shake well.
- Double strain into a stemless wine glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
