Description
A floater of Fernet Branca adds unexpected flavor to this rum and ginger cocktail.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 oz First Run Rum
- 3/4 oz Ginger Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1 bottle Fever Tree Ginger Ale
- 1/2 oz Fernet Branca
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake for about 8-15 seconds.
- Strain contents into a Collins glass over ice.
- Top with Fever Tree Ginger Ale, leaving 1 inch at the top of the glass.
- Garnish with a floater of Fernet Branca.
