Your classic mojito recipe gets a Vermont twist using Maple Cask Rum, VT Maple Syrup and our local Fever Tree Club Soda.

- 1.5 oz. Maple Cask Rum
- 6 Mint Leaves
- 2 Lemon Wedges
- 1 tsp. VT Maple Syrup or Sugar
- Fever Tree Club Soda
Instructions
- Muddle up the mint leaves, 1 lemon wedge and 1 tsp sugar.
- In a shaker, add ice, muddled ingredients and Maple Rum. Shake!
- Pour contents into a high ball glass and top with club soda.
- Garnish with mint and 1 lemon wedge.
