Description
Our Rum 44 and Mad Apple join forces to make this frothy pink and slightly sweet cocktail.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 oz. of Rum 44
- 1/2 oz. of Mad Apple
- 3/4 oz. of fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz. of Grenadine
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes of Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except bitters to a shaker and vigorously dry shake.
- Add ice, and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Float bitters on top.
