- 2 oz Mad Apple Brandy
- 3/4 oz Orgeat
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Peychaud's Bitters
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice.
- Shake briefly.
- Strain contents into a small wine glass.
- Garnish with Peychaud's Bitters.
