Raise your hand if you like rosemary, and then mix up this delightful drink with some homemade rosemary syrup and our Rum 44.
Ingredients

- 1.5 oz RUM 44
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
- Fever Tree Tonic Water
- Rosemary Sprig
Instructions
- In a shaker, add rum, lemon juice, and rosemary syrup with ice.
- Shake for about 8-10 seconds.
- Strain contents into a glass, and top off with tonic water.
- Add a fresh rosemary sprig for garnish.
Notes
To make rosemary syrup:
In a Mason Jar, take 8-10 sprigs of rosemary and place in 1 cup of boiling water. Let steep (like a tea) for five minutes, then add 1.5 cups sugar and stir until dissolved. Seal the jar and let it sit for 8-12 hours, then strain out sprigs.
