Description
This minty fresh drink featuring First Run Rum gets some extra zip from a Fernet Branca floater.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 oz First Run Rum
- 1/2 oz Mint Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Fernet Branca
- Mint Sprig
Instructions
- In a shaker, add all ingredients, except for Fernet Branca, with ice.
- Shake for about 8-15 seconds.
- Strain contents into a Highball glass over fresh ice.
- Top off with bubbles.
- Float Fernet Branca on top.
- Add a mint sprig for garnish.
