A delicious and unique daiquiri recipe that incorporates peaches from our Straight Bourbon Poached Peaches recipe along with Rum 44.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of Straight Bourbon poached peaches (see recipe here)
- 2 oz. of Rum 44
- 1/2 oz. of fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup of crushed ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth, then serve in a chilled glass.
- Add a sprig of mint for garnish, and enjoy!.
