Description

Our Rum 44 and Mad Apple join forces to make this frothy pink and slightly sweet cocktail.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 oz. of Rum 44
  • 1/2 oz. of Mad Apple
  • 3/4 oz. of fresh  lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz. of Grenadine
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 dashes of Bittercube Bolivar Bitters

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except bitters to a shaker and vigorously dry shake.
  2. Add ice, and shake again until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Float bitters on top.
